Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum plans focused on childhood development and learning milestones Support children with their personal needs, including diapering, feeding, and nap times Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and social skills Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and learning Follow mandated reporting laws and health protocols to ensure compliance with licensing standards Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings Knowledge of child development instruction and early childhood education principles Ability to provide infant care, toddler care, and preschool supervision with patience and enthusiasm Strong classroom management skills to handle diverse behaviors effectively First aid and CPR certification (including pediatric first aid) to respond confidently in emergencies Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with childcare regulations, mandated reporting laws, and safety procedures Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with active teaching experience with young children Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore their potential!
