Job Description

Little Lane Preschool & Daycare is looking for a dependable, caring, and hardworking childcare teacher to join our team! This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position working four 10-hour days, from 7:30 AM-5:30 PM. The scheduled day off during the week may vary based on staffing needs. No weekends! We are a small childcare program and care a lot about finding someone who is the right fit for both our children and our team. Childcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. What we're looking for: Dependable and punctual Patient, kind, and comfortable working with young children Able to actively supervise and engage with children throughout the day Willing to help with classroom cleaning and daily childcare responsibilities Able to communicate well with coworkers and families Someone who takes initiative and works well as part of a team What we offer: Full-time, 40-hour work week 4-day work week Weekends off Paid holidays after eligibility requirements are met Two weeks of paid scheduled breaks each year Supportive, small-team environment On-the-job training
Schedule:
4 days per week 7:30 AM-5:30 PM 40 hours per week Weekday off varies

At this time, we unfortunately do not have an available childcare spot for an employee's child.
Pay:
$12-$14 per hour depending on experience and credentials (if any) If you genuinely enjoy working with children and are looking for a long-term position with a small childcare team, we'd love to hear from you!
