In this role, you'll help nurture each child's growth through creative learning experiences and compassionate care. You'll support their intellectual, emotional, and social development while maintaining a fun, safe, and structured environment. Responsibilities Plan and follow a daily schedule of age-appropriate activities Create a balanced mix of educational and play-based learning opportunities Provide attentive care and ensure the safety and well-being of all children Observe and document children's progress and share updates with parents Promote positive social interactions and problem-solving skills Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff Follow all childcare licensing and safety standards Requirements Experience in childcare or early childhood education (preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person!) Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods Patient, creative, and passionate about working with children Strong communication and time-management skills CDA certification (preferred but not required)

Schedule Part-Time:

Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:30
