Provide child development instruction that supports early intervention efforts and addresses individual needs, including special education requirements. Engage in ongoing lesson planning to ensure activities are age-appropriate, educationally enriching, and aligned with early childhood education standards. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress, discuss concerns, and promote active involvement in their child's learning journey. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws to ensure child safety and welfare at all times. Support toddlers' care routines, including feeding, diapering, and comforting, while ensuring health and safety protocols such as first aid and CPR are followed diligently. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is essential. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, behavior management, and classroom management techniques. Experience teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, or tutoring young learners is highly valued. Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education practices is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective parent communication and teamwork within educational settings. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare is required.
