Job Description
Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans using Creative Curriculum. Complete ongoing child observations and assessments using Teaching Strategies GOLD. Foster positive relationships with children and families. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise and mentor the Assistant Teacher. Ensure compliance with all licensing and Early Head Start regulations. Support children's social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, family conferences, and home visits as required. Maintain accurate classroom documentation and records. Work collaboratively with Family Advocates, Disabilities, Mental Health, Health, and Nutrition staff to support children and families
