VIP Kinder College East, VIP Kinder College South, and Little Step. Our mission is to partner with parents to nourish the natural curiosity in the youngest learners through a hands-on, relationship-centered learning environment. We are looking for a passionate, skilled educator to join our team and help us continue delivering an exceptional early education experience to our VIP families. Position Overview As an Early Childhood Teacher at VIP Kinder College, you will lead a classroom of young learners ages 6 weeks through 5 years, creating a developmentally appropriate, engaging, and nurturing environment every single day. You will plan and deliver hands-on lessons, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and serve as a key contributor to the overall quality and culture of your location. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, hands-on curriculum aligned with VIP Kinder College's educational philosophy Create a warm, structured, and stimulating classroom environment that supports each child's growth and development Build trusting, communicative relationships with enrolled families Observe, document, and track individual child progress and developmental milestones Maintain compliance with PTQ Level 4 and NECPA accreditation standards Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistant teachers, and location leadership Participate in ongoing professional development and required training Qualifications A genuine love for early childhood education and working with young children Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred; CDA credential considered Prior lead teaching experience in a licensed childcare or early education setting preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Must be able to pass a background check Why Join VIP Kinder College?
