Job Description

Love's Angels Early Childhood Development Center is a 5 Star rated center located in Paris, KY. As part of our 5 Star team, you'll enjoy a friendly, supportive environment that will help you be your best and touch the lives of children and families. As a young child's teacher, your passion for teaching and learning will give children a strong start for school and beyond. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the early development of children while enjoying a rewarding and supportive work environment. Your mission? ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
If you have the following, we would love to speak to you: High School diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation. Negative TB skin test within the past two years. At least one year experience working in a childcare setting. Prior experience working with infants and toddlers. Team player with personal commitment to LAECDC's mission, philosophy, and values. Ability to lead and supervise. Ability to care for children in a group setting. Ability to work with others as a team.
Essential Responsibilities:
Uphold the mission of LAECDC, and demonstrate behaviors that reflect a determined, nurturing, genuine, hopeful and welcoming nature. Consistent positive attitude, modeling the LAECDC values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Punctual, reliable, and creative. Provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere; maintain classroom and center cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and appearance. Build and maintain open communication with children, parents, owner, director and other staff. Stamina to stay engaged with active children throughout the day. Patience and adaptability to handle vary situations. Attend all required staff meetings and trainings.
