Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Early childhood education experience or classroom experience preferred. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging daily activities Provide attentive supervision and care for children Foster positive behavior management strategies Maintain open communication with parents or guardians Ensure the classroom environment is clean, organized, and stocked with educational materials Qualifications Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Experience caring for toddlers with patience and compassion. Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement techniques. Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
