Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing innovative curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices Support the management of daily operations, including staff supervision, classroom oversight, and student engagement Facilitate professional development sessions for teaching staff to enhance instructional quality and compliance with educational regulations Oversee personnel management tasks such as faculty evaluation, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives, including program expansion and community outreach efforts like fundraising Manage preschool budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality programming Ensure adherence to all legal requirements related to childhood education, special education law, and school regulatory standards Requirements Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within early childhood or K-12 settings Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance Demonstrated success in managing budgets and personnel within an educational context Knowledge of school legal frameworks, special education law, and regulatory standards governing early childhood programs Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively and foster team collaboration Experience facilitating professional development for educators and working directly with students Exceptional communication skills suitable for public speaking, team leadership, and community engagement Familiarity with childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Join us in shaping the future by leading with passion, innovation, and dedication!
