Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate floater to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum, managing classroom activities, and ensuring the overall well-being of students. The floater will work collaboratively with staff and parents to support each child's growth and development. Duties Implement age-appropriate curriculum. Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students. Provide individualized support for children. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff through effective communication. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive classroom dynamics. Maintain records of student development, attendance, and other relevant documentation. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Skills Strong background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education. Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
