Job Description

We are seeking qualified preschool teachers who will educate and care for our young minds. Using creative teaching methods such as storytelling. artistic expression, and educational play. You will provide young learners with foundational skills to prepare them for their next stage of education. Along with teaching fundamentals like numbers, shapes, colors and letters. Preschool teachers are responsible for ensuring the safety of all students and providing parents with behavioral feedback. To be a successful preschool teacher you must love working with children.
Key Responsibilities Curriculum & Instruction:
Develop and deliver daily lesson plans that teach foundational skills, including numbers, shapes, colors, letters, and early literacy.
Creative Engagement:
Implement interactive learning activities using storytelling, music, arts and crafts, and structured play to stimulate curiosity and social development.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and minimizes disruptions.
Parent Communication:
Provide daily feedback to parents.
Safety & Well-being:
Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all students at all times, strictly adhering to school policies, safety drills, and childcare hygiene protocols.
Skills and Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience working with young children in a preschool, childcare center, or classroom setting.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional patience, empathy, creativity, and communication skills—both for interacting with young children and collaborating with parents and staff.
