Full-Time & Part-Time Christoff's Learning Academy is seeking dependable, energetic, and passionate Preschool Teachers to join our team. At CLA, we are a preschool, not a daycare. Our teachers are expected to actively teach, engage with scholars, follow the daily classroom schedule, and help prepare each child academically and socially for kindergarten. We are looking for educators who are reliable, coachable, professional, and genuinely enjoy working with young children.

Available Shifts Full-Time:

7:30 AM-4:30

PMPart-Time:

8:30 AM-1:30 PM Pay $12.00-$14.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Provide a safe, structured, nurturing, and academically engaging classroom environment

• Implement daily lessons and developmentally appropriate learning activities
• Follow the assigned classroom schedule with fidelity
• Actively supervise scholars at all times
• Support early literacy, math, language, social-emotional development, and kindergarten readiness
• Prepare classroom materials, lesson plans, and activities in advance
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional classroom
• Communicate professionally with administration, coworkers, scholars, and families
• Follow all Christoff's Learning Academy policies and procedures
• Report to work consistently and on time
• Participate in staff meetings, training, school programs, and required professional development Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Early childhood or preschool classroom experience preferred
• Must be able to pass all required background checks
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to learn and accept coaching and feedback
• Must have strong classroom-management and communication skills
• Must be comfortable working in a structured, academic preschool environment
• Must demonstrate professionalism, patience, consistency, and a positive attitude The Ideal Candidate The ideal CLA teacher understands that working in early childhood education requires more than supervising children.
