About Us Metairie Ridge Daycare is a nurturing, play-based early childhood program serving children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old. We are looking for dedicated, positive teachers who have a genuine love for working with young children to work Monday-Friday from 3 PM - 6PM. Responsibilities Supervise children at all times (play, meals, nap) to ensure safety Diapering and assisting with toileting as needed Prepare and serve snacks to children Foster a positive classroom environment using effective classroom and behavior management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Qualifications Passion for early childhood education Patient, nurturing, and reliable Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills Good communication skills Growth mindset and willingness to learn Previous childcare experience preferred What we're looking for Joyful, energetic, and consistent team members Dependable individuals who work well with others Teachers who create a warm, engaging environment for children

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
