Job description Seeking teachers that inspire children to be lifelong learners using Goddard guidelines to develop a curriculum that promotes social, physical, language, and cognitive development at a fun and festive center! We are looking for Fulltime EEC Certified Employees ( minimum of 30 hours per week) Monday
- Friday
- 7:30 AM
- 4:30 or PM 8:30 AM
- 5:30 PM 2:30 PM

Qualifications:
EEC Certification Preferred Experience working with children ages Infants through 5 years old Offer on-the-job-training AND Have a passion for teaching Nurturing and loving style Strong Communication skills Dependability Ability to work with a coach/ mentor to achieve your goals Team player in a co-teaching environment We Encourage applicants to apply if they have classes in the following: College Classes in Early Childhood, Psychology, Social Work Benefits Package Goddard Lexington Vacation/ sick time can be used as neededWINTER BREAK PAID

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for Infants/Toddlers or preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or achievements
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions among students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Use various teaching methods and materials to engage students in learning, including hands-on activities, games, and technology
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in toddler care or Early Childhood Education settings
