Position Summary CAPIC is seeking a Playgroup Leader for its Winthrop Family Network Program. The Playgroup Leader plans and facilitates developmentally appropriate playgroups for young children and their caregivers. The position creates a welcoming and inclusive environment where children can develop social-emotional, language, cognitive, and motor skills through play while caregivers build connections, learn about child development, and access community resources. Responsibilities Plan developmentally appropriate playgroups for young children and their caregivers. Facilitate playgroup activities. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and caregivers. Support the development of children's social-emotional skills. Support language, cognitive, and motor skill development through play. Provide opportunities for caregivers to build connections. Help caregivers learn about child development. Connect caregivers with community resources.
