Type:

full-time Harris & Co is supporting a global small-molecule CDMO looking to appoint a senior Business Development hire focused on the Boston/Cambridge biotech market. This is not a generic sales role. The successful person must already understand the CMC journey from discovery through IND, clinical development and commercial manufacture, and have a proven track record selling API drug substance, process development, scale-up and manufacturing services into biotech and biopharma. You do not have to be based in Boston, but you must be able to evidence genuine relationships across the Boston/Cambridge market, particularly with CMC and Technical Operations decision-makers, and show a clear track record of winning new customers and new programmes. If your background is primarily account management, finished dose, diagnostics, software, lab equipment or anything outside small-molecule
