Responsibilities:

• Provide childcare and supervision to children in a daycare setting
• Assist with daily activities and routines, including feeding, diapering, and naptime
• Engage children in age-appropriate educational and play activities
• Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
• Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a nurturing and stimulating environment
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area

Skills:

• Experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to manage behavior and promote positive social interactions among children
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and co-workers
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
• Previous experience in babysitting or daycare settings is preferred
