Kids Adventures Academy for Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our preschool program serving children ages 2-5. We are looking for a caring, creative, and motivated teacher to lead our 4-year-old classroom and help children thrive in a safe, fun, and enriching learning environment. We proudly follow Maryland EXCELS and Maryland Accreditation standards and use The Creative Curriculum for Preschool developmentally appropriate practices. What We're Looking For A passionate educator with experience in preschool or early childhood education Someone energetic, reliable, and committed to creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities A professional who values teamwork, communication, and building positive relationships with children and families Responsibilities Provide a nurturing, stimulating, and organized classroom environment aligned with MSDE Office of Child Care standards Develop and implement weekly lesson plans following The Creative Curriculum Support children's intellectual, social-emotional, and creative growth through planned activities and meaningful interactions Conduct ongoing observations and document each child's progress , completing regular assessments Select and rotate age-appropriate materials and classroom themes Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization Mentor and supervise classroom assistants, ensuring they fulfill their responsibilities Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents through regular communication about children's development Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations

Qualifications Required:
