Lead Toddler Teacher

Peopleplace Cooperative Preschool is seeking a lead toddler teacher to oversee our toddler program in a callaborative, team-teaching environment. The children's age ranges are 15 months to 2.9 yrs old and is a multi-age model. Generally, two teachers work with a group of 10 children. We are a Nature-Based, Reggio Emilia inspired preschool located in beautiful Camden, Maine. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, works well with a team, is a strong communicator and loves children. Bachelor's degree, CDA or Toddler credential is required. Experience with Reggio (or the arts) and Nature-Based education is preferred. A background check and fingerprinting is required. A full job description will be provided upon receipt of resume and cover letter. Some computer skills and public speaking to groups of parents is necessary.
