Role:

As a Lead GSRP Teacher , you'll be the heart of the classroom, sparking curiosity and fostering a love for learning through play-based, child-led activities . You'll create magical moments that help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically—all while having a blast! What You'll Be Doing (and Loving!): Planning engaging activities that turn learning into an adventure! Dancing, singing, and storytelling —yes, it's part of the job! Spending at least 60 minutes outdoors daily because fresh air = happy kids! Building strong relationships with families through home visits & conferences Using creativity and data to tailor learning experiences for every child Creating a welcoming, nurturing environment where every child thrives Actively supervising & engaging with children to ensure safety and fun go hand in hand!

What We're Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (with ZA/ZS credential) OR Early Childhood Education ✔ A passion for early childhood education & child-led learning ✔ A team player who brings positivity, energy, and creativity to the classroom ✔ Someone who loves getting messy with paint, playing pretend, and celebrating every tiny milestone!
