The ideal candidate will assist in implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring safety, and fostering positive growth for children. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early development while working collaboratively with a team of caregivers. Responsibilities Assist in supervising children during daily activities, playtime, and learning sessions Support classroom management and behavior guidance strategies to promote positive interactions Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, including administering basic first aid when necessary Assist with feeding and diapering Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area in compliance with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities Qualifications Prior experience working with children in childcare or a similar settings is preferred Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain certification if not already certified Background in early childhood education, classroom management, or caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and team members Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and learning Ability to pass background checks as required by licensing standards This position provides an enriching environment where caregivers can contribute positively to children's early years while developing professional skills in early childhood education.
