Responsibilities include:

Planning and implementing enriching lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards Creating authentic learning experiences through play Building positive relationships with children and families Providing attentive, high-quality care Maintaining a safe and welcoming classroom environment Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff Serving as a positive and encouraging leader in the classroom
