• Jenison is hiring an experienced Toddler Lead Teacher to turn that natural curiosity into engaging learning experiences while providing the consistency and positive guidance young children need.

Key Responsibilities Lead daily Toddler classroom activities and routines Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Engage children through sensory play, art, music, movement, stories, language, and hands-on exploration Encourage communication, independence, and positive social interactions Support diapering, toileting, meals, rest time, and transitions Use positive guidance and developmentally appropriate classroom management Observe and document children's developmental progress Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom Follow Michigan licensing and center requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous professional childcare or early childhood classroom experience required Toddler classroom experience strongly preferred CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, degree, or other qualifying credential preferred Must meet Michigan requirements to serve as a Lead Caregiver Patient, energetic, organized, and dependable What We Offer $17
