Must meet all credential requirements of the MDE and granting authority Must have a valid MI Teaching certificate with a ZA or ZS endorsement OR a B-K or PK-3 band. Current Child/Adult CPR certification and current certification in Standard First Aid Demonstrated aptitude for work to be performed Ability to withstand the strain of the position Strong interpersonal skills required Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Director may find appropriate and acceptable Reports to: Learning Ladder Director This position is classified as Exempt Employment is contingent upon disclosure in accordance with PA-189. Ability to withstand the strains and successfully manage the responsibilities of the position. Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality, with a strong record of consistent attendance. Regular and dependable presence during school hours is essential. All staff members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward one another at all times. Two Weeks Paid Parental Leave Selected candidates will be required to have a district paid fingerprint criminal history check processed through the Michigan State Police and FBI.
