Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Child Care Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children in our care. In this vital role, you will support the developmental needs of toddlers, promote positive behavior, and foster early childhood learning through structured activities and attentive supervision. Your energy, compassion, and expertise will help lay the foundation for each child's growth and curiosity. Duties Supervise and ensure the safety of toddlers during play, meals, naps, and activities throughout the day Implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts Engage children with interactive activities that promote motor skills, language development, and emotional regulation Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow mandated reporting laws to document any concerns related to child safety or well-being Administer first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, ensuring prompt and proper care in emergencies Skills Proven experience working with young children in daycare centers or preschool settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques Certification in first aid and CPR (Child and Pediatric First Aid preferred) Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Excellent classroom management skills to foster positive behavior and social interactions Ability to communicate effectively with parents, team members, and children in a caring manner Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and behavior management strategies for toddlers Demonstrated patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children during their formative years Join us as a Toddler Child Care Provider to inspire curiosity, support growth, and nurture the next generation of learners!
