Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Closed on all Federal Holidays and Weekends) Four-Star Parent Aware Rated About the Role We are seeking a Teacher-Qualified Toddler Teacher who brings warmth, professionalism, and strong knowledge of MN Rule 3 regulations. The ideal candidate has hands-on toddler classroom experience, understands developmentally appropriate practice, and is committed to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.' Key Responsibilities

• Implement daily routines and curriculum aligned with toddler developmental needs with a Montessori foundation and maintain full compliance with Rule 3 licensing standards.
• Ensure safe supervision at all times and follow all health and safety procedures.
• Support children with special needs in accordance with Individualized Childcare plans.
• Maintain positive, professional communication with families and colleagues.
• Record keeping, assessments, observations, and conferences done twice a year.
• Uphold all center policies and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Be flexible with schedule based on ratios and attend all mandatory meetings, trainings, and special events. Qualifications
• Must meet Teacher Qualification requirements under MN Rule 3.
• Prior toddler classroom experience is strongly preferred (Montessori experience not required).
• Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism.
• Commitment to health, safety, and regulatory compliance. Compensation & Benefits
• Starting salary: $45,000 annually, with increases based on experience and credentials.
