Job Description

About us We are professional, agile, creative and our goal is to Provide quality care to the children in our care. Our center is licensed for 38 children and this allows us to provide a center environment and education with a family feel. .
Our work environment includes:
Food provided Casual work attire Safe work environment On-the-job training
Preschool Teacher Duties:
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the preschool program
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote child development
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through play and structured learning
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
Skills:
  • Experience in toddler care, infant care, or nannying
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Ability to educate and engage young children in a variety of subjects
  • Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Understanding of special education needs and strategies for inclusion
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
