This position offers the opportunity to make a difference every day, excellent hours and a pleasant working environment.
Responsibilities:
Parent/ Teacher conferences Lesson plans & following Creative Curriculum Assist in the daily care and supervision of children aged 2-3, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Support classroom management and maintain a structured routine. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs. Collaborate with support teachers in curriculum development and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs. Foster positive relationships with children to encourage social and emotional growth. We view each learner as a whole child, striving to meet their intellectual, emotional, social and physical needs. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Childhood Development Associate degree or Associate's in Early Childhood Education preferred Previous experience as a care giver or teacher required Positive attitude and love for working with children Willingness to work with children 0-12 years of age Knowledge of NAEYC Developmentally Appropriate Practices, The Creative Curriculum and/or willingness to learn Must be at least 18 years old Paid Trainings Provided Logo Shirts (uniforms)
