KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Lakewood KinderCare center. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom that supports each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. You will design developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons, observe and document progress, and communicate closely with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess children's developmental progress and document learning. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center initiatives. Implement health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
