Job Summary Join our early childhood team as a Preschool Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in children aged three to five years old. In this dynamic role, you will create engaging learning environments that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development. We have daily Bible time where the children sing and dance to music to show the love of Jesus. Your dedication will help lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning and growth, ensuring each child feels valued, supported, and excited to explore the world around them. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the formative years of childhood. Our preschool operates as a half day. Required state background check. Previous experience working in childcare. Responsibilities Planning and implementing lesson plans to teach young children. Engage children in age-appropriate activities and crafts( 2 per week). Create a safe, classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children's emotional well-being. Use effective classroom management techniques to foster independence and respect among students. Proven experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings; prior preschool experience is preferred. Ensure that equipment and facility are clean, safe, and well maintained daily.
