Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Dobson KinderCare center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. You'll create a warm, inclusive classroom, communicate closely with families, and uphold all safety and licensing standards. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily activities. Observe and document children's learning and behavior. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
