Manage classroom routines, transitions, and activities to maintain an organized and engaging learning atmosphere. Incorporate classroom management techniques to foster respectful behavior and social-emotional learning among students. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and uphold child welfare standards at all times. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management for young learners. Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention methods, and standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood education. Valid certification in first aid and CPR; additional credentials in childhood development or early childhood education are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that promote positive social interactions.
