Our teachers create safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments that support children's social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development while fostering strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities tailored to each infant's or toddler's individual needs, interests, and daily schedule. Create a warm, safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning through play and exploration. Organize the classroom to meet the developmental needs of infants and toddlers. Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Maintain ongoing communication with families regarding their child's daily activities, development, and progress. Collaborate with health, nutrition, family services, and other community partners to provide comprehensive services. Conduct developmental screenings, observations, and ongoing child assessments. Maintain accurate documentation and child progress records. Ensure diapering, toileting, feeding, and all health and safety practices are performed in accordance with licensing regulations and program standards. Build nurturing, responsive relationships with infants, toddlers, and their families. Promote parent engagement and encourage family participation in the program.

Qualifications Required:

Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. Knowledge of infant and toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices. Experience working with infants and toddlers in an early childhood setting preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.

Salary CDA:

Starting at $44,100 annually

Associate Degree:

Starting at $46,200 annually

Bachelor's Degree:
