Job Description
Overview We are seeking a qualified and passionate Head Teacher for our Pre-K 3 & 4 classroom. The ideal candidate will meet all Abbott or Board of Education requirements for Head Teachers, ensuring compliance with state regulations and providing a nurturing, educational environment. You will lead the classroom, create lesson plans, and collaborate with staff and parents to ensure every child's growth and development. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning atmosphere
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to enhance their academic performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Address the individual needs of students, including those with special education requirements
- Administer and evaluate standardized tests to measure student achievement Skills
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Proficiency in curriculum development and implementation
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Knowledge of child welfare and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's preferred). NJ P-3 Certification (required). Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Pre-K. Knowledge of Abbott and NJDOE curriculum and standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Job Types:

$63,497.00- $70,497.
