The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their development through engaging activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children, including those with disabilities or special needs. Engage children in educational activities that stimulate curiosity and encourage exploration. Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, daily activities, and any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive teaching approach. Requirements Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is preferred. A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus. Experience in infant care, toddler care, or preschool settings is beneficial. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. First Aid/CPR certification is preferred but not required at the time of hire. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of young learners!
