Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and education, with a focus on providing quality learning experiences for young students.
Responsibilities:
  • Reports to Center Director, Assistant Director, Lead and Assistant teachers
  • Works collaboratively with either Lead or Assistant teachers in fulfilling necessary classroom duties
  • Controls behaviors and reports necessary incidents to Lead or Assistant teacher
  • Participates in on-going training and staff meetings
  • When necessary, helps Lead and/or Assistant teachers with daily classroom cleaning tasks
  • Maintains an appropriate level of professionalism with both parents and other staff members
  • Upholds the standards of the ethical and professional duties as outlined in the employee handbooks
  • Participates and engages with children in the classroom
  • Communicates with Lead and Assistant teachers daily to establish positive and professional working relationships
Experience Required Skills:
  • Strong background in early childhood education
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles
  • Experience in preschool or childcare settings
