Lead Infant Teacher

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong foundation in early childhood education principles, along with the ability to engage children through creative lesson planning and effective behavior management strategies. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes healthy growth.
• Plan and conduct engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the infant
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Foster strong relationship encouraging their emotional and social growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
• Provide care for infants as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the day. Experience
• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Or a CDA. We can also help with obtaining your CDA if you have a high school Diploma while working with us.
• Experience working in a daycare setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with childhood development principles and effective lesson planning techniques.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of children in the classroom.
• Previous experience in curriculum development is a plus.
