Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and reliable person to join our family. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children ages 2 1/2-4 years old by fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This position involves creating and implementing lesson plans using The Creative Curriculum, being able to manage a classroom, and to support each child's unique learning journey.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement The Creative Curriculum Create individual lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages. Manage classroom behavior to ensure a positive learning environment. Provide individualized support for children. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting. Knowledge of child development stages, behavior management techniques, and literacy education strategies. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED is a MUST. Willingness to obtain a CDA.
