Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Direct experience in pediatric and school-based SLP services Strong competence with teletherapy platforms for remote services Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Compassion, patience, and commitment to individualized student support

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based therapy for students Deliver intervention for speech, language, voice, and/or fluency disorders Utilize teletherapy tools for remote sessions as needed Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student learning outcomes Provide progress monitoring, documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Share insights and recommendations with the school team to promote best practices
