Job Description

Job Overview Kiddie Academy of Marysville is opening a new academy and is seeking a teacher for our preschool classroom. This individual will be responsible for providing a fun, stimulating, safe and developmentally appropriate educational environment at our amazing academy. Teachers are responsible for the daily planning, supervision and guidance of the classroom and children. The hours for this position are for 8 am to 5 pm.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensures that appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of classroom are appropriately maintained and follows cleaning and sanitizing guidelines. Completes all academy and classroom paperwork: for example, daily notes, student accident reports, attendance reports. Assists and supervises children during all activities. Prepares/implements classroom lesson plans for teaching, uses classroom managment and develops routines for center-based learning. Develops, plans, and prepares instructional aids/materials for classroom activities and enjoys interacting and having fun with the children. Assists children with meal times and clean-up. Communicates appropriate information to parents; maintains developmental profiles for children. Maintains family information board and other classroom bulletin boards.

QUALIFICATIONS HS
Diploma or Equivalent Current Immunizations and TB Screening Background Check Required Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
