Summary We are seeking a passionate educator to join our team at Temple Emanu El. In this role, you will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, helping them develop essential skills while fostering their love for learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support children's development. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Provide care and supervision during playtime, meals, and other activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required, CDA Preferred Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners. Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.
