This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Responsibilities Supervise and engage young children in age-appropriate learning activities Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, routines, and transitions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Follow program policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and required training Qualifications Experience working with young children preferred Early childhood education credentials, coursework, or related education preferred Dependable, patient, positive, and able to work effectively as part of a team Strong communication and relationship-building skills Must be able to pass all required background checks Must be willing and able to complete all training required for the position Compensation will be based on education, credentials, and relevant experience.
