Job Description

The Kiddie Cave LLC is seeking a dependable, caring, and energetic Lead Childcare Teacher. The lead teacher will independently supervise the classroom, provide a safe and nurturing environment, and plan age-appropriate learning activities.
Responsibilities:
Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times Lead daily classroom routines, lessons, and activities Create a positive, structured, and engaging environment Assist children with meals, toileting, and diaper changes Complete required classroom and child documentation Communicate professionally with parents and staff Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized classroom Monitor children's development and behavior Follow all childcare licensing rules and center policies Check and change diapers before each child's departure
Qualifications:
Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred High school diploma or GED required Must be dependable, patient, and professional Must be able to manage a classroom independently Must pass required background checks CPR and First Aid certification preferred Child Development Associate (CDA) or early-childhood education experience is a plus Must have reliable transportation

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
