Ryan Road Campus Position Overview:
Kiddie Kollege's Ryan Road Campus is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team! If you have a passion for early childhood education and a talent for guiding toddlers through key developmental milestones, we want to hear from you! This is a leadership role in the classroom, responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a high-quality toddler program that supports the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children ages 18 months to 3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment Foster children's curiosity, independence, and love for learning through engaging activities Guide and support assistant teachers and classroom aides Observe and assess developmental progress; document and communicate with families Build strong relationships with children and families to foster trust and collaboration Ensure compliance with all state licensing and health/safety regulations Maintain accurate records (attendance, incident reports, assessments, etc.) Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Child Development Associate (CDA) or higher in early childhood education perferred Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed childcare setting, preferably with toddlers Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and physical exam
Schedule:
Monday - Friday Full-time hours (specific shift to be determined)
Pay:
