Job Description

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for children
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Plan and lead educational activities, including language development, physical education, and early intervention techniques
  • Foster social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning community ```Qualifications```
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred not required
  • Knowledge of child development principles and curriculum development
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred not required)
