Early Childhood Education Full Job Description Role Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and attentive Childcare Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development for children aged infant to 4 years old. Gan Israel ELC is looking for an assistant teacher who enjoys a playful atmosphere, loves getting crafty and is ready to lend a helping hand.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times. Prepare and organize mealtimes and snacks for children. Help children keep good hygiene and assist with personal care (e.g., diapering, potty training). Develop schedules and routines to ensure children have adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime. Curate and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans. Communicate clearly and regularly with families regarding their child's progress and behavior.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree in ECE preferred). CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.

Pay:

$12.50 - $18.50 per hour
