Job Description

KinderCare at Edy Ridge Elementary is seeking a Lead Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging classroom for young children. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment. You'll partner with families, track developmental milestones, and adapt curriculum to individual needs. As a leader in the classroom, you'll mentor assistants, model best practices, and collaborate with center staff.
