Job Description
Hillcrest Christian Academy is seeking a after school teacher to help from 3:00-6:00 each day following school. Duties included but not limited to:
- Provide care and supervision for students in a small group setting.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in a daycare/preschool setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with development and age-appropriate activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
