Pediatric Activities Coordinator A Place To Grow, LLC | Upper Chichester, PA A Place To Grow is a pediatric medical daycare serving children with complex medical needs. We are seeking a creative, compassionate Pediatric Activities Coordinator to lead a preschool-like program adapted to each child's abilities and care needs. You will work alongside our nursing and childcare teams to create a welcoming daily routine with circle time, stories, music, art, sensory play, and early learning activities. Your goal will be to help every child participate, connect with others, and enjoy their day. Responsibilities Plan and lead daily group and individual activities for young children. Adapt activities for children with different developmental abilities and medical needs. Facilitate circle time, creative play, and early learning activities. Support children's social and emotional development through play. Coordinate with nurses and childcare staff to ensure activities are safe and accessible. Share observations with the team and document activities as required. Qualifications Experience in early childhood education, childcare, recreational programming, or a related field. Experience planning and leading activities for young children. Experience with children with disabilities or complex medical needs preferred.
