Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavior management, curriculum development, and educating students in a child care setting. - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
- Provide individualized instruction to students based on their learning needs
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for students
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Incorporate physical education, literacy education, and toddler care into daily activities
Requirements:
- Experience in a licensed child care facility
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
