Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavior management, curriculum development, and educating students in a child care setting. Duties:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
  • Provide individualized instruction to students based on their learning needs
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for students
  • Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
  • Incorporate physical education, literacy education, and toddler care into daily activities
Requirements:
  • Experience in a licensed child care facility
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
